2. Waking up between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. could indicate emotional disappointment.
According to the traditional Chinese medicine, this is the period when the gallbladder is active. Getting up at this hour could be a sign of emotional stress, so positive mantras, as well as practicing self-acceptance and forgiveness is going to help you a lot.
3. If you wake up at the time between 1 and 3 a.m., you are probably angry.
This is an energy meridian which is connected with the liver, so getting up at this time is connected with anger and an excess of yang energy. If you want to have some good sleep at night, you should drink cold water and meditate.
4. If you wake up between 3 and 5 a.m. it probably means that a higher power is reaching out to you.
